Excellent customer service for me

I ordered a personalised card and got an error message upon completing the payment stage and the website said it was still pending to be ordered but my bank account said the payment had gone through. So annoying.I emailed customer service and got a friendly response and resolution within 15 mins! Can’t argue with that!Can’t say what delivery times are like yet but customer service so far has been great.

First time user of 'The Pidgeon'.

I always have used Moonpig for cards but this week their site would not load the artwork. a problem my neighbour also, had I later found out. So I used Funky Pidgeon. There was more choice, and I placed the order. It sent me an email saying delivery would be on Monday which was my fault for being last minute and was also the day after I wanted the card for. I ordered it at 12 00 on a Tuesday it was delivered the following morning. Covid crisis or not this was exceptional service, sorry Moonpig you have lost me as a customer!

I was waiting for an 18th birthday card…

I was waiting for an 18th birthday card delivery, ordered early but in the current climate, the card did not arrive. I contacted customer service and ‘Dawn’ was my handler. She took the time to investigate fully, put my mind at ease and resolved the issue within a day. The issue was the post and not the company. Dawn was caring, empathetic and quick to act to help me. A great experience

At last a company that has maintained a level of service. I made the mistake of using a well known competitor and was let down terribly, cards arrived 3 weeks late however funky pigeon managed to make my card and get it here in 2 days. Will only use FP from now on. Thank you

You could dispatch items earlier....

You'd think that if royal mail has a delay of up to 5 days to deliver funky pigeon would have the common sense to dispatch cards/gifts early! Instead of dispatching the day before and then advising it will more then likely be 5 days late. So far nothing is arriving on time but this problem could easily be solved
