I've signed up for a free trial on Skillshare.The videos vary in quality. Some are really good, but others are no better than what you find on Youtube.That is not my main issue though. I get logged out constantly. I'm logged in with my Google account. I've logged in maybe 25 times today.I click on My classes.'Sign in'I sign in, it goes to the front page.I click on My classes.It is not loading properly so I refresh.'Sign in'I sign in.I click on my classes.I click on a video.It plays to the end and won't play the next one.'Sign in for more (or whatever it says)'I sign in again.It keeps happening but I have searched online about it with no results.Now it says:You are being rate limitedThe owner of this website (www. skillshare. com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website.

I signed up for a 2 month trial period

I signed up for a 2 month trial period, only to find I only had 2 weeks of trial becsuse I'd used the wrong process.As such, I emailed their support to see if I could have the 2 months trial period, and was intending to take my membership beyond that 2 month period. The representative was friendly, helpful and gave me those 2 months willingly. Now here's my booboo- I changed my subscription to yearly instead of monthly right after that email since I thought it'd be the cheaper alternative, only to be charged a year's membership straight off the bat, losing my 2 months free trial!I emailed my representative again about my error, and asked if I could get those extra 2 months reinstated.He kindly issued me a refund, informed me of the credit, and explained that I had to choose the monthly model for the 2 month credit to apply and could change my billing preference closer to the end of that period.All in all, great customer service. I had the intention to use skillshare

I had the intention to use skillshare, prior to everything happening in the world. I used their 7-day free trial, after it renewed I ended up being out of a job. I requested for a refund by leaving them an email, one representative emailed me back, and I had not yet had the time to get back to them. But another service provider named Daniela took initiative and sent the refund. Appreciate the help!

I dont use it often but I always find what I am looking for and I must say compared to other teaching websites its not trying to sell you extra stuff ontop, like other educational sites.So I will just keep my subscitpion, keep learning whenever I want, for an affordable price. The content keeps changing and growing and I can discover skills, I didnt know I want to learn!

Great customer service.

It was a good service however I forgot I had a premium subscription running. Two days after my annual subscription renewed I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I was very happy to receive an email shortly after to confirm my cancellation and refund. I am very happy with the prompt polite way customer services dealt with the issue. If a time comes where I have use for the service in the future I won't hesitate to reinstate my premium subscription.

Superb Customer Support!

As some other people here I signed up for a trial, but unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for. As I forgot to cancel my account I got charged with a yearly subscription fee. I realized that over 20 days past the usual 7 days required for a refund. I contacted the Support Team at Skillshare, and I received my money back after deducting a monthly membership payment. How to fix payment at the bigining

If you pay via paypal you can cancel your subscription on paypal and still get the free trial. this is a good tip for everybody and can save a few bucks for later. also use The monthly subscription the other one pays for a year instantly so that is a mistake meany pepole make I hope this is some good information for pepole who want to test skillshare (=

I signed up for trial and used the site, did not find what I was looking for but forgot to cancel my account and got charged for it. I contacted them to refund me but they kept telling me "we sent you the reminder mail etc.". I told them that I did not get it and kindly asked for a refund. They offered me a new subscription with %40 discount.

MEMBERSHIP REFUND within 20 minutes

i had forgotten to cancel my free trail like most. I read a few reviews and they all said to email or request a refund ASAP as they only give you a week to get one. I immediately emailed the day I was charged and got an email 20 some minutes later. Insane and also received my refund a minute after that email from them. Please please email them as soon as you see the charge.

So I had similar experience like others here. I was charged 99 USD for my Premium Membership without my consent. Yes I was warned by emails, but did not have proper aceess to that account these days. Anyway, I am asbtaining of giving any positive or negative comments at this point, since I am in middle of 7 day Refund Period. I cancelled my Membership and waiting for the refund ASAP.
